170 Guests seated at long trestle dining tables
Freddy & Harry
The most beautiful wedding at the foot of the Downs near Petersfield

We loved this wedding set in a field at the foot of the South Downs for the loveliest family. The guests were seated at long trestle table runs on oak cross back chairs and there was a circular bar very close to the dance floor. The stunning flowers were arranged by the bride’s sister-in-law and were incredible – beautiful to look at, fragrant and very well designed so they allowed for a good view in the marquee for all the guests. The flowers were also on the king poles and the whole effect was magical.
Layout
Freddy and Harry decided on a round ended cream canvas sailcloth tent with flags with a small chillout tent at one end of the tent with sofas and coffee tables. They had a circular bar next to the dance floor and a big stage for the amazing band.
We also put up a reception canopy for the drinks near the main marquee which had no sides and pretty wooden poles and finials.

Lighting
The family wanted fairy lights rigged in the roof of the tent and night sky starlight roof lining over the dance floor.  There were lots of pale pink pretty candles on the table in amongst the flowers and also up lights set up around the outside of the tent against the walls and we also rigged up lights on the poles for the beautiful flowers.

Furniture
Freddy and Harry knew they wanted all the guests seated at long trestle runs covered in crisp fresh linen and the guests were on cross back oak chairs with ivory seat pads. They had a circular bar near the dance floor and a chillout marquee with sofas and coffee tables.
