180 Guests at long trestle tables and round dining tables

David & Ellie

Storrington in West Sussex

More Wedding & Parties >

We loved this Sussex summer wedding there were completely circular round canvas sailcloth marquees and a main marquee which was so pretty inside. All these marquees had no linings. One of the smaller round tents was used as a tea canopy for the standing reception which then swapped to an outside bar for the evening party. The marquee was decorated with beautiful English country garden flowers and the guests ate at lovely long trestles and sat on benches and wooden folding chairs. One of our favourite Wigwam wedding marquees ever!

Layout

David and Ellie had long runs of trestle tables covered in white linen and a mix of vintage rustic benches and wooden folding chairs. They wanted the dance floor in the middle of the marquee which worked really well for the evening dancing. They also had two circular round sailcloth tents one for the reception drinks and another with some dining tables in for extra guests, this wedding worked so well, and the little round entrance tent looked so pretty.

Lighting

David and Ellie had up lights around the inside walls of the marquee which gave a great light for the whole reception, we also put some fairy lights on the King poles inside the marquee which was mixed in with incredible foliage and flowers.
